Department of Conservation

From its inception in early 2001, Friends of Flora has had a close working relationship with the Department of Conservation in Motueka. Our project is situated on the DOC estate, so we could not go ahead without their approval, help and initial funding.

Forest & Bird

The Royal Forest & Bird Protection Society exists to help preserve and protect the indigenous flora and fauna and natural features and landscapes of New Zealand for their intrinsic worth and for the benefit of all people.
